New Heineken Commercial
For the last few weeks, I’ve seen Heineken’s “Entrance” commercial dozens of times and can’t seem to get enough of it and yet whenever I’m on the computer, I can never remember to look up the artist responsible for the extremely catchy music that accompanies it.
To my amazement, I actually remembered today and it turns out a Danish alternative pop band called The Asteroids Galaxy Tour made the song. “The Golden Age” is a pretty hard song to get out of your head after seeing three or four Heineken commercials a day (or so it seems).
Not only does Heineken have the commercial on YouTube, but the band’s music video for the song is as well. Take a look at the two if you’re not familiar with them. The music video is a bit trippy. π
This song & video are wicked pissa!!!…(That’s a compliment here in Boston)
Hmm…that’s the first time I’ve seen that commercial. What channels you watch? lol Maybe I just don’t watch as much TV as I used to. Anyway. You’re right the song is kind of catchy π
It’s on almost every channel, but I commonly see it on History and Discovery.
Ah. I watch a good bit of History–but haven’t lately. And Discovery I rarely watch anymore. So I guess that’s why I haven’t seen it before π Then again, I use the DVR a lot too, so I probably just skipped past it π lol
Here I am the first time seeing the commercial. Love it!
This band GROOVes HARD! Can’t imagine they’ve not stratosphered out of cyber-space & on to everyone’s I-Pod. Very FUNKY π
I’m bothered by the whole hangin’ with Frank thing. It strikes me as though the rat-pack liked hanging out away from the women-folk.
LOL. What foolishness. Do you think the only place for a man is in a strip club or something?
